how do you read the sliders and know what percentage your at when you set it? Also how do you change gyms? Also how do you train str with weights

I haven't seen a simulator game this good sounding in awhile mind chipping me in on some of the others you have been in or know of so I can check them out. I will still donate as much of my time as I can to this game. And as long as it's alright with the Administrators.
