SkrapPack
So I'm starting an 18 y/o fighter "project" but I really don't know how to approach training, I've always been a bit rubbish at the training aspect of this game, thus I'm seeking for a bit of noob guidance! http://i64.tinypic.com/mcueep.jpghttp://i68.tinypic.com/1z6czmx.jpgIs this routine alright? Is it too much training, not enough in a certain aspect or what? All I ask for is a bit of guidance as too how I should be training this specific 18 y/o fighter! All help is obviously appreciated, cheers guys!
Freddie
The build is off on your fighter. Why start with 12 Agility and only 2 Conditioning? If you keep him first thing you will need to do is get him some Increase Stamina Sups and train up his Conditioning. With only 2 he wont be able to do much training at all before his Energy drops and his training is worthless.
Freddie
http://cdn.simplesite.com/i/36/05/283163831229809974/i283163839591684264._szw1280h1280_.jpg Id start out a 18 yr old prospect more like the above. Train up physicals then work on what you like.
GBK16
Like Freddie said above, if you wanna keep him then definitely have him do Cardio sessions all week long with some stamina supps. When you see his energy go below 90%, then give him a rest session so he goes back above 90%. You'll need to do this regularly because of his conditioning being so low, but once you get it up to Wonderful you can start focusing on other things. Lefty
Do straight up all training sessions to cardio on that fella until he drops to below 90%, rest him when he drops below and keep an eye on him during the week to make sure he has sufficient energy above 90% to train cardio.
