JDV916 Posted November 25, 2017 Report Share Posted November 25, 2017 It's how long you have as a matchmaker (owner/matchmaker) to at least offer each fighter a fight whether they accept or decline a fight. If you don't offer them anything within the specified time frame (I generally do 30 days) then they can cancel the contract with your org and go elsewhere for work. The inactivity clause is a built in measure to make sure we as owners are at least trying to keep our fighters busy. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
