Hello301
Just got 1 free fighter IQ test from spin, how do I use it and when would you deem it worth using it on someone?
LeonStolz
You can find it at the bottom of the Spin to Win page. I've only had it a couple times so I'm by no means an expert on it but I think if you want to do younger bulids it's a good indicator on how well they'll learn and if you wanna even bother with them. JakeF
It is wrong to believe that IQ and learning speed are related. This is something that a lot of people get wrong, but u can have a fighter with the lowest possible IQ and the highest learning speed.
Hello301
so IQ is the how well they adjust in the fight itself then?

I've been using mine the wrong way, then. lol So is the IQ test strictly for how well your fighter will do when you set "See How It Goes"? Hello301
Dang smart fighter IQ of 126 is in like the top 5 percentile when it comes to IQ. Probably smarter than me =p
JakeF
Yeah, IQ is the ability to take better decisions when u use the see how it goes slider, which helps your fighter to change fight position if he is losing. Some people say that IQ has a huge role on the ground game, but so far i havent seen any proofs for that.
Hello301
The fighter I tested it on is a pure stand up fighter so greeeaaaaaaaaaaaaat
JakeF
Thank you for the correction, Ovoxo. I've not been using mine the wrong way, then. lol So is the IQ test strictly for how well your fighter will do when you set "See How It Goes"? Yeah, see how it goes should adjust the sliders that change positions - clinch/td/break clinch/stand up. For example if you have a fighter with high iq and 100% see how it goes, with 1% takedown setting, if he starts losing the standup battle, he should start attempting a lot more than 1/100 takedowns. It has a minimum impact on a lot of things other than just the 'see how it goes'. I think IQ is most effectively used for fighter ability to finish off a hurt fighter. Dumbass fighters tend to let fighters w/ decent heart recover cuz they are not smart enough to finish fight. Dang smart fighter IQ of 126 is in like the top 5 percentile when it comes to IQ. Probably smarter than me =p I don't think 120's is top 5 %... well... population has increased significantly... possible. stupid people do outbreed smart people lol. 17-20 years ago 148 was considered top 8%
