thedry16
Just starting out. Should I sign my fighters to an organisation who hosts events in his home city, or can I look further afield? Is it financially viable to fight for another org in a different city when just starting out and will it effect training? Thanks. Also I guess I need to sign for an org as soon as I can else I won't have the money to join a decent gym, right?
Lefty
You're about right. Normally it may be a problem to fight in another city than you train because you will have to fly over a few days before by private jet or 1st class flight which cuts into training time and then you either train at the local gym in that city if you recover energy in time or just rest up to the fight But right now the owner of the game has turned locations off meaning you can fight anywhere in the world from your home city. So there is currently no need to fly out to other cities to fight there. He is going to tell us when he turns it back on but for now it is a convenience we all enjoy. SnapDragon
Get a mentor, or join an alliance that can help guide you through the game. I dont care what the topic is.
Monsieur.Camara
+1 get a solid mentor before even creating too many fighters as you will see you will create them incorrectly (we all do this mistake) and then will have to wait to sack and reroll new ones. Read as much as possible from the FAQ and wiki pages, this is mandatory even if you land a good mentor. No rush in signing w an org right now, learn the game and fight them in QFC for a bit to learn the ropes. Best of luck.
Trebbie
signing for a FA in your city isn't necessary. You just need to find one that brackets it's fighters based one when yours were created. If you get in an org with fighters that were made years ago they clearly will have an advantage with years of training over your fighter. If you need I mentor I can help out a little. Let me know. I ended up creating my own 320k+ org. It is going well so far. Third event tonight!
