FLESH AND BLOOD IS BACK WITH A NEW NAME

Good news for the fighters of F&BE! Your jobs are secured and events will go on as usual! F&BE is now F&B Cage Fighting and is under new management of Dillo The Manager: the man who ran ICC during the rather dry 10th Island Season. The events will go on as normal and champs will defend their belts, contenders will fight each other. The events from event number 26 and on will be labelled F&B instead of the F&BE like the old days. The organization hasn't changed much, just a simple re-branding and new management.

F&B 26: Lloyd vs. Solis

Well Flesh & Blood fans, and fans of combat sports all over the world Flesh & Blood is back under new ownership and a slight rebranding. I’m “Fleshy” Frank Falco and I’m here to give you a rundown on the FIRST EVENT back while under new ownership. Consider me your tour guide into a bloody museum of chaos and gladiatorial combat.

Flesh & Blood is bringing you F&B 26: LLOYD VS. SOLIS on June 6th 2020 in Hayashi’s Lounge Casino in St. Petersburgh, Russia. Let me just say folks, 2 damn titles on the line on that night is gonna be a treat for Flesh & Blood fans that have been DYING for MMA in the last couple months. Not only is there 2 titles on the line on the main card but there’s 4 other amazing fights on it as well as 4 fun fights on the undercard. We’re gonna see in the main event; “Relentless” Rahim Lloyd making his first title defense of the F&B Middleweight title since snatching it from striking terror Samoa Joe Schilling at F&BE 23 when it was still Flesh & Blood Espectacles. Marco Solis is hoping to come into this Main Event to spoil that with his incredible ground game. In the Co-Main Event we are going to crown a featherweight champ as Joe Tidd and Lance Mills square off for the vacant F&B featherweight title!

Lets take a nice look at this stacked return card!

Main Card Bout 1: Ekkei Satori (7-2-1) vs. “No Way” Jose Ronaldo (4-2-1) 145lbs:

The first fight on the Main Card and it is a fun one folks! Two featherweight strikers are going to brawl for their chance in the top contenders spot to open up this fantastic main card and better yet, these boys have one draw on their records and its against each other at F&BE 21! That’s right these guys are running it back! Ekkei Satori is a former Island Season 10 stand out and even held gold at the very end of the season in ICC’s 155 division, upsetting the long time ICC 155 champ Wreak Havoc at ICC 21. He’s coming into this bout for the first time since his draw to Ronaldo at F&BE 21. His opponent Jose Ronaldo started his career at Madness MMA with a 4 fight win streak inside the organization, only snapping that streak at Madness 37 when he suffered a devastating first round knockout in a bout for the featherweight title against DeShawn West. After that fight he jumped ship to Flesh & Blood and made his organization debut against his opponent tonight, fighting to a hard fought draw the first time around, after that bout he lost to Lance Mills by a nasty kneebar in the first round. Both of these boys are looking to get back on track and it’s going to be a treat to watch!

Main Card Bout 2: Marcus “The Hammer” Pickett (6-3) vs. John Smith (6-4-1) 265+lbs:

Oh boy! We got the big boys next on the main card! Another striker versus striker bout, but this time someone is DEFINITELY going to go out! Another fight for a possible top contender spot these two are going to look to practically KILL each other in there (within referee and legal reason of course). Marcus Pickett is a former Madness MMA #1 contender, making his MMA debut in the organization of course and going 4-2 before being awarded a title shot at Madness 37 in the main event, losing early in the second round by TKO in a fight of the night effort, soon after the loss he moved to F&B where in his first debut he won a Knock out of the night in just 16 SECONDS against Pierre Diemon, going on to win his second fight in the promotion by knockout 2 minutes into the first round. His opponent John Smith is a former Island standout who NEARLY touched gold on the Island, only to be spoiled by Li Qiang at ICC Combat Night 15, he quickly rallied back with a round 2 TKO win over Brutus Chaos in the first round of the season 10 Island Tournament only to lose in the next round. Since the loss he’s lost 2 more fights, so John is looking hungry and desperate to fight his way back into the top picture. Either way, with this one someone is going down with strikes.

Main Card Bout 3: Thommy “Senior” Harnick (8-5) vs. Slim “The Shit Captain” Lahey (5-3) 170lbs:

Oh man! The third fight on this main card is an absolute classic case of Striker versus Grappler with a European boxing wizard and a Canadian BJJ Brown Belt going head to head for top 3 contender status in the welterweight division! Thommy Harnick is yet another Island stand out that this organization houses. Jesus Murphy how many guys came from this Island? Anyway, Harnick had a really good career on the Island, debuting in ICC in their lightweight division and going on a 4 fight win streak before losing in a title bout against ICC Lightweight champion at the time: Wreak Havoc. After the loss he moved up to 170 where he went on yet another tear within ICC’s welterweight division, being awarded a title shot in ICC’s last event of the island season, securing the title as the season ended. He went on to win his first bout in the Island Tounament, only to lose in the second round and move off into the mainland to debut in F&BE in a title bout, losing by submission in the second round to Jack Miller, after that he went on to lose his next 2 against current champion Lukas Chomsli, and top contender Marshall Jefferson. He’s clearly looking to stay in the top contender picture as this may be his last chance. His opponent Slim Lahey is also coming from the Island, fighting alongside Harnick in ICC’s welterweight division but never actually squaring off. Lahey had a mix and match career in ICC as he went 3-1 in the promotion and 3-2 on the Island. He left the Island after losing in the first round of the tournament making his F&BE debut against Mikey Ronson, winning by a deadly triangle choke in the second round, he then went ahead and won his second bout by a first round armbar which saw him nab a Submission of the night. He lost against top contender Zou Yun in his next outing which stopped his momentum. He’s looking to start it back up with a win over Harnick. This is gonna be a tactical one.

Main Card Bout 4: Marshall “Thug Baptism” Jefferson (7-2) vs. Zou Yun (6-2) 170lbs:

Now this one has some big rewards for whoever wins! Obviously not as big of an award as the two title fights tonight, but whoever wins this scrap is almost guaranteed a title shot at welterweight! Marshall Jefferson is an F&BE/F&B main stay, starting his MMA career at F&BE 2 with a loss to Tayvon Hayes in a hard fought decision loss, only to rally back at F&BE 6 with a vicious head kick knockout, going on a 3 fight win streak and even capturing the F&BE title at F&BE 16. He lost the title at F&BE 17 to Jaxon Stoner but rallied back yet again when he was loaned off to Catch Wrestling Championship for their 2nd Full Contact Special event with a first round KO, and then he came back to F&B where he knocked out Thommy Harnick at F&BE 24. He’s clearly going after his gold that he lost earlier. However, his opponent Zou Yun is looking to spoil that. Coming from the island (ah.. another one) Zou Yun had a rather successful career at lightweight where he went 4-1 on the Island and had a 2 fight stint in Madness where he went 1-1. He recently made his welterweight debut at F&BE 25 where he scored a very quick TKO victory over Slim Lahey in the very first round. Both of these men are strikers and have heavy hands, the question is who’s going to come out on top? Is this going the distance or will we see a finish? This will be yet another fun one for fans who want to see a bloody brawl!

CO-MAIN EVENT: Joe Tidd (9-5) vs. Lance Mills (7-1) 145lb Championship:

The first of two title fights this evening! This one is for the vacant featherweight title. This one is a championship fight that’s a striker and ground and pound wrestler versus a grappling guru. Joe Tidd comes from the Island (god dammit) and actually had a successful career while over there, holding the ICC bantamweight title for a majority of the season until ICC’s very last event of the season where he lost the title to Maggot Soup by submission. He continued his bantamweight career off the Island where he lost to current F&B bantamweight champion Etienne Gueguen before moving up to 145 where he had a successful debut against Dangelo Hawkins. Joe Tidd looks to grab some mainland gold. But in his way is Lance Mills, a grappling guru and fellow Island prospect where he went 4-1 on the Island, 3 of those wins coming by way of submission. After the Island season he went to the mainland where he had a 1 fight stint in Madness as well as a QFC fight both of which ended in a nasty submission for his unfortunate opponents. He then made his F&B debut against Jose Ronaldo where he captured the Brazilian in a brutal kneebar in under 3 minutes of the first round. These two boys are most likely going to the ground but someone is getting finished considering their hunger for finishes. Someone is leaving with gold.

MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING: “Relentless” Rahim Lloyd (11-2-1) vs. Marco Solis (7-4) 185lb Championship:

And here we are! ITS TIME FOR THE MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING! What are we waiting for? Lets break this battle down! Rahim Lloyd is an Island prospect who was easily one of the top ranked guys of all time in the Island for season 10 and nearly held the belt but was beaten by Axel Harris who was the middleweight king at the time. After that fight he drew Fuq Yall in a fight of the night effort at ICC 23. He went on to make it to the fourth round of the end of season tournament where he was upset by KJ Marshal. He went into the Mainland where he made his Madness debut against current F&B top contender Gus Bad Man before being loaned over to F&B which became a permanent contract after he took the middleweight title from Samoa Joe Schilling. He’s hoping to successfully become a real champion after he makes his first defense in this amazing main event! Marco Solis is a F&B veteran and a former F&B middleweight champion looking to grab his belt back from the current champ and spoil his victory parade. Marco Solis used his incredible grappling to secure 4 fight win streak in the beginning of his career, including winning the title in just his third fight of his career. He would have defense on his record had there not been a clerical error at F&BE 8, but he got his chance to defend the title at F&BE 10 where he fell short against Raegan Marley. He went on to have a mixed next 7 fights where he went 3-4, recently losing to top contender Gus Bad Man. However due to Gus originally declining the bout a month ago Solis decided to step up and upset “Relentless” all the while taking what was once his back. This Main Event could go either way as Rahim is vicious in the clinch and could finish it by strikes with ease, but due to that clinch and Solis’ grappling this could end on the ground within minutes. This one is going to be fireworks! And it’s a perfect return to Russia for Flesh & Blood!

Undercard Bouts:

Richard McAuliffe (6-5) vs. Jacques Chaize (11-5) 155lbs

John “Rattlesnake” Callaghan (2-2) vs. Glass Shiv (4-2) 170lbs

Marian Graves (1-1) vs. Cain Velasquez (0-0) 170lbs

Jas Drop (2-8) vs. Steven Seagal (3-3) 265+lbs

That’s it for the fights folks! I hope you all show up to Hayashi’s Lounge on June 6th! There’s sure to be nothing but wars all across the card, expect pure violence and chaos in the cage Flesh & Blood fans! I’m “Fleshy” Frank Falco, I’ve been your violence loving tour guide into these stacked fights! We’ll see you chaotic bastards at the fights!
