Counter Fighter

The TOTT is laid out in 3 sections.

First line is usually indicative of Grappling ability based on Primaries (also possibly secondaries for the likes of Abu Dhabi champ or Olympic Wrestler). i.e. BJJ Purple Belt, Good Wrestler etc.

Second line has some variety. It can indicate Striking level, i,e, World Class Boxer, World Class MT. Can also indicate KO Power (Lethal High Kicks), but can also indicate Aggro / Counter sliders i,e Brawler or Counter Fighter. There might be a couple more for this one but those are the ones that spring to mind.

Third line is the key to indicating hiddens. As long as your Physicals aren't above a certain point (Exceptional across for most, Sensational for Cardio and Flexibility, not too sure on Speed that pops Fast), you'll get something that shows up. Determined/Big Heart means Heart hidden // Good/Solid/Granite Chin = Chin hidden // Big Right Hand/Heavy Handed/KO Power means Knockout Power. There is a hierarchy that places Granite Chin on top followed by KO Power. The hierarchy essentially means that if you show a hidden, you'll know that your fighter's hiddens above it are average at best usually, although sometimes they can be just below the level needed to show.

For example, if my fighter shows Big Heart, I know then that his Chin and KO Power aren't high enough to show up on the TOTT since they are above Heart on the hierarchy, but he could have extremely high confidence, experience and/or intelligence. Likewise though, he could still have low confidence, experience and/or intelligence. The only way to really know the fighter's hiddens is by fighting them a few times.

Word of note though, if they show something that doesn't indicate fighting at all (Likes Comics, Hates Pizza, Enjoys Gardening etc.) it means none of his hiddens are above the level needed to show, so he usually sucks but he might be able to have a decent run in an ID level org before the fighters with great hiddens take over.

Does getting counter fighter in TOTT mean weak chin?

Counter fighter/Brawler indicates the aggro slider setting and usually shows up with striking under a certain level. This is showing on fighters with lower striking stats. Once you reach a certain level of striking, it will be covered by "decent x" standup skill.

Counter fighter/Brawler only shows up in low level fights.
