So I went to place and I can see where theyre asking you how certain you are? does this have any effect on the bet or how much you get back?

I read the wiki. This will never work due to the average person having zero clue about handicapping fights. When real life betting, picking the winner is only part of the equation.

The other half is basic calculus but the third half is advanced trigonometry.

It doesn't matter. When fake betting, it's essentially just picking a winner and not keeping bestfightodds.com tab open all day trying to find the best value.
