XxxtremeT13
So, I know there is a hype hit if you take the belt from a champion...Does it matter of said champion has been inactive for 2 months? Do I need to wait until its been 90days? his contract expires in 24 days, so I'd like to be able to work toward crowning a new champion, but hate the thought of losing precious hype. Alfred
It's barely noticeable in my experience. And as the poster above said, may as well do it sooner rather than later.
imcool
You lose 10% total hype. But usually generate it back next event.
XxxtremeT13
Ok...I just wasn't sure if there was a point of inactivity that you could strip them and not lose the hype...similar to getting your signing bonus back if a fighter retires. joseppe
even if he isnt under contract you would have to strip him. may as well do it sooner than later If you lose a champ because you didnt resign him is one thing but if you lose a champ hype because his manager went inactive thats another. I dunno how it works but that seems abit BS if thats the case
f2fkoh
ide cut any champ that has been active for more than 4 weeks. eff that.
XxxtremeT13
well I fully intend on striping him and all that.. I just wasn't sure about the hype hit...Like I said, I'd rather avoid losing the hype I build if it was just a matter of waiting a little longer...but, if it makes no difference whether he is inactive or not, then I'll do it now. YungGreazy
I hate inactive champs. I had to strip at least 5 of them. Of the 5, two were two weight class title holders. Thats at least 7 hype hits...at least.
GBK16
As far as I remember - Only stripping a Retired champ won't cause a hype hit.
