XxxtremeT13
Ok.. So I know that there are a lot of varying factors for quality of train....What I'm curious is how much of a difference for equipment condition would you notice or if that would only effect your training when doing things like cardio or strength training or does it still factor in when you use coaches.... EXAMPLE: Gym A has pristine cleanliness and brand new equipment and you're going to train strike defense with a double elite coach sessions yield just 1 fighter Gym B has pristine cleanliness and worn equipment and you're also going to train strike defense with a double elite sessions yield just 1 fighter My assumption would be that Gym A would yield better training gains than B, but is it that drastic a difference? Now what if Gym A had 4 fighters in a session and Gym B had no other fighters in it? Would Gym B be the better option now?
Warwynd
Gym A is pretty much always going to be the better option. Having 4+ fighters per session might be significant enough to have you go to gym B, but generally speaking I would go with the better gym. The main issue with dirty gyms or equipment that isn't first tier is a morale hit. It will effect not only training, but also your chances of winning on fight night since you will be depressed etc... Ikkitakeda
Ok strictly from equipment and cleanliness standpoint. The newer condition of the equipment the less worn it is ergo better training but only if you are training things like cardio, weights, etc. Now the cleanliness part if the place is a dump it can efftect your morale. Lower morale your fighter doesn't get as much out of training same as energy. Also if you have bad morale you fight worse. So you want a clean gym with good equipment. XxxtremeT13
Ok. Moral hit. What if I’m changing clothes every night. Wouldn’t my morale stay high where it wouldn’t be effected, thus getting the same quality training? I only ask becaus some cities the gym selections suck. Ikkitakeda
Don't train there/create. Always find a place to train before you create a fighter.

If you can keep morale up training is not affected i think, the loss of training efficiency is only a secondary effect from having low morale. But if you can afford buying lots of clothes maybe you can afford a better gym as well.
XxxtremeT13
I'm just trying to get a better understanding.. Right now I can't really do a private gym as all my fighters are spread out currently and I've been using my money to keep growing my fight org...Pretty much every location has similar issues with public gyms.. Some of the gyms have the coaches and not over loaded with fighters, But they have training spread so thing for coaches that it makes it hard to set up a solid training schedule (a coach doing punch tech, strike def and elbows or kicks or something) and some gyms have a good coach/fighter ratio but are dirty compared to another gym that is clean and new but the ratio is way high.. Ikkitakeda
There are private gyms that are cheaper than 1000 and again if you message them and ask just for a single fighter some will say yes. Worse case scenario is you hear no and are still in the same spot.
