Something I do now is kick a football off a wall and then once I've got it going about enough height I'll get one big one and try and catch the ball in mid air with a spinning hook kick or a jump step up round kick or something. The hard thing here isn't hitting the bottle. While it's difficult even I could hit a bottle thrown to me with a spinning hook kick in about 10 gos. The hard thing is how she round kicks the bag thing and gets the bottle going straight up. That's the part I'd have loads of trouble with. clydebankblitz Posted June 29, 2015 Report Share Posted June 29, 2015 Tried it a few times earlier by bouncing a football, axe kicking it (badly) and then trying to catch it with the spin but I couldn't get enough bounce on the ball so I was more catching it with a sweep than spinning hook haha.
