  1. I stand corrected as the accused has corrected the issue.
  2. He advertises a 9% cost + transfer fee. I asked him before buying, in which he said ok and he thanked me for asking. I bought $192,300.00 of laundry from his store and he sent me back $17,444.70 and after transfer fees, I ended up with $15,700.30. I emailed him back and explained that he had the process backwards and that he was to keep the 9% plus transfer fees. He has not responded, yet he was online the entire time that I sent him several email messages. He has been a member for 4 months and he has two Laundry stores, so he has to know what he is doing!!!
  3. Here we go again! This bet was Voided, yet, there was a WINNER in the fight! UFC 226 2018-07-07 $10,000.00 -115 Paulo Borrachinha Urijah Hall Void Void Borrachinha won the fight! How hard can it be to grade games correctly ... or change your mistakes in grading and grade the games CORRECTLY!!!
  4. My bet was with Main Street Gambling ...
  5. This fight needs to be graded correctly!!!
  6. Carlo Pedersoli vs Brad Scott Pedersoli won the fight via Decision!!! I bet $10K on Pedersoli, but the bet was voided???
  7. KCM - "Fist Fight" took place last night at "The Underground" in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was another great night of fights for a near sold out crowd of 941 die hard MMA fans. Let's take a brief look at how things unfolded ... Askari Volkov (1-2) vs Maciej Latar (0-3) *155 Pounds The first fight of the night was a very entertaining bout that really could have went either way, but the Judges saw the fight for Askari Volkov. Latar dominated the 1st round using good clinchwork, landing some knees, elbows, several punches and a takedown too. The difference in this fight took place on the ground as Volkov dominated with control and 26 ground strikes. I predicted that this fight could go either way, but ultimately, I predicted that Latar would win. Prediction record for this event 0-1. James Brown (1-2) vs Oscar Pressly (1-2) *185 Pounds This fight was short, but it was good as it earned "Fight of the Night" honors and both fighters picked up an extra $500.00 for their performance. James Brown took control of this fight immediately and he unleashed a flurry of head punches, body punches, kicks and a body kick to his opponent. Brown won this fight by submission due to strikes as Pressly tapped while being pummeled at 1:44 of the 1st round. My prediction was for James Brown. My prediction record 1-1. Eddie Evans (0-2) vs Stipe Miocic (1-0) *265 Pounds This fight took place entirely on the feet as Stipe Miocic dominated Eddie Evans for 3 rounds. Miocic dominated from the clinch landing several combinations, connecting to the head and body. Miocic won on all 3 score cards 30-27. In his post fight interview, Miocic called out the Champion, Vincent Jenkins, telling him that "he is coming, motherfu****". I predicted Evans in this matchup, so my record for this event is now 1-2. Shane One Punch (2-0) vs Ryiah Kilbas (1-1) *265 Pounds Wow, who would have guessed that this fight would go nearly 3 full rounds? Shane One Punch thoroughly dominated this fight and he ended it with 1 second left on the clock as Shane submitted Kilbas via guillotine choke. Basically, Kilbas did nothing during this fight, except complete 2 takedowns that he could not manage to do anything with. One Punch dominated in all areas of the fight, landing 6 of 9 takedowns and landing 55 total strikes. One thing Kilbas proved, is that he can take one hell of a beating! I predicted this fight to go UNDER 1.5 rounds. My prediction record 1-3. James Burrell (3-1) vs Rami Roisi (1-2) *265 Pounds Wow, what a great fight this was! Even though Roisi loves to Garden, he looked ok during this fight, though he lost by submission. Burrell displayed a very good grappling game as he dominated with take downs and submission attempts. He eventually landed a rear naked choke at 4:56 of round 2 which earned him the "Submission of the Night" award which put an extra $500.00 in his pocket. This win will definitely move Burrell up in the rankings. I picked Roisi to win this fight and I could not have been more wrong. Updated record: 1-4. Merf Murphy (3-0) vs Lyle Chipperson (5-1) *205 Pounds Someone's 0 had to go and after going 5-0, Lyle Chipperson can no longer say that he is undefeated! Merf Murphy really took the fight to Lyle and showed just how aggressive he is. Murphy dominated from the clinch, landing 22 head punches and 6 body shots. Chipperson finally succumbed to the beating at 2:09 of round 1. As I predicted, Merf would win this fight and I believe that my observation of Chipperson over training for this fight was evident in that all he could muster the energy to try, was 4 takedown attempts. Updated record 2-4. Justin Sider (3-1) vs Fabio McFly (1-2) *155 Pounds In another dominating performance for tonight's event, Justin Sider beat the hell out of his opponent. From the clinch, he landed 18 head punches and 8 body punches. McFly did manage to land a single head punch, but it did not faze Sider. Sider wins this fight by TKO at 1:44 of round 1. My prediction for this fight was spot on. My prediction record is now 3-4. Left Cheek (2-0) vs Mike Stevens (2-2) *185 Pounds In a "knock Out of the Night" performance, Left Cheek ended this fight quickly as his opponent did absolutely nothing! Cheek throwing 8 punches in total, ended this fight via TKO at 1:10 of round 1, just as I predicted that he would. Updated record for this event 4-4. Gavin Keogh (2-1) vs Charles Salvador (2-0) *205 Pounds Like I mentioned in my prediction ... "quality coaching in a quality gym matters." These two fighters were even in almost every aspect of my breakdown, except Charles Salvador trained at the superior gym and had the superior coaching staff and boy did that show through in his performance during this fight. Keogh did manage to improve his position a few times, but it did not do him any good as Salvador dominated from the ground with strikes and submission attempts, before winning the fight via armbar submission at 4:59 of the 2nd round. Prediction record 5-4. Mike Matthes (3-1) vs Salva Gomez (4-0) *155 Pounds Like I mentioned in my pre-fight breakdown, this fight would be a close one. Matthes dominated the 1st round, but he made a mistake and he got caught in a submission and he lost via rear naked choke at 4:44 of round 2. Matthes was dominating the 2nd round too, with top control and strikes, but after a scramble, Gomez got Matthes back and from there, he eventually sunk in the RNC and forced Matthes to tap out. This win should put Gomez in the rankings and we will probably see Matthes drop from the top 5 list. I predicted Gomez to win this fight and with that, my prediction record for this event is 6-4 and my overall prediction record for KCM events is 13-5. Hopefully, some of the Sports Books on Highstreet will start posting lines for our events, so we can start to cash in on my predictions ;-) Thanks for reading this Review of our 10th event, "KCM - Fist Fight" and be looking for my Preview of our next event ... "KCM - Bloodfist 1" which will be held on New Years Eve at Hayashi's Lounge in Las Vegas. This event will feature a Title fight between the undefeated Vincent Jenkins (6-0) and his undefeated challenger, George Chuvalo Jr (2-0).
  8. Kalashnikov Combat MMA will be holding their 10th event on Saturday, December 24th 2016 at "The Underground" in Las Vegas, Nevada. There are 10 fights scheduled, so let's get to the breakdowns and predictions for this Christmas Eve event. Justin Sider (2-1) vs Fabio McFly (1-1) *155 Pounds In the first fight of the night we have two well rounded lightweight fighters looking for their next win. From Las Vegas, NV we have Justin Sider, who trains out of the highly regarded Kalashnikov MMA Gym. Sider is riding a two fight win streak after losing his first professional fight. Sider has very respectable boxing with decent mauy skills that are complimented with a competent wrestling game. Sider favors his striking skills as was demonstrated with his two wins that came by way of TKO/KO. Across the cage from Sider will be his opponent, Fabio McFly. McFly is from Compton, California and he is currently living and training in New York at the School of Hard Knocks MMA Gym. McFly is coming in to this fight off of a submission loss. He has competent boxing and wrestling skills, but with his moral and energy at low levels and having to travel across the country for this fight, I don't think his skills are going to matter in this fight. My prediction: Justin Sider wins this fight. Askari Volkov (0-2) vs Maciej Latar (0-2) *155 Pounds In the next fight of the night, we have two fighters looking for the first win of their young professional careers. Volkov is from Chernobyl, Russia and he currently lives and trains in Las Vegas, NV. He is coming in to this fight with a TKO loss and a submission loss. Volkov has wonderful wrestling and that is about all that he has. He appears to be one of those fantastic wrestlers who has failed to transition his freestyle wrestling to MMA wrestling. His opponent is Maciej Latar who is from Warszawa, Poland and he is currently not training anywhere. Latar is more well rounded than his opponent as he has respectable boxing and basic mauy thai skills that are rounded out with competent wrestling. He lost both of his two professional fights by KO and TKO, but I do not think he will have to worry about that in this fight. This fight is a hard one to call as both fighters have low moral and understandably so, but with Latar not training for this fight and Volkov being one dimensional, this fight could go either way. I think I will go with the fighter who is training for the fight. My prediction: Maciej Latar. James Brown (0-2) vs Oscar Pressly (1-1) *185 Pounds For the next fight of the night we have a middleweight contest between James Brown and Oscar Pressly. James Brown is from Texas, but he currently lives and trains in Los Angeles, CA. Brown has yet to taste victory in his young career losing both of his professional fights, one by submission and the other by unanimous decision. Brown has proficient boxing and a blue belt in bjj. He currently trains at The Shit House and that surely has something to do with his record. His opponent is the well rounded Oscar Pressly. Oscar is from parts unknown, Florida. He trains at the Cozad Gym in Los Angeles. He has gone 1-1 in his young career, both winning and losing by unanimous decision. Though Pressly is more well rounded and he has the slightly better record, both, his energy and moral are low right now and unless he takes some time off before this fight for some rest and recovery, he might lose. I think I have to pick James Brown in this spot as he seems to be taking this fight more seriously and he does train at the better gym. Eddie Evans (0-1) vs Stipe Miocic (0-0) *265 Pounds The next fight of the night is between two big boys! We have Eddie Evans from Wellington, New Zealand, who is currently living in Las Vegas and training at the Cozad MMA Gym. Eddie has wonderful boxing and a very respectable wrestling game. He lost his first pro fight via 1st round KO, so hopefully he has been working on his striking defense game. His opponent for this contest is making his professional debut. Stipe Miocic is from Cleveland, Ohio and he is currently residing in Las Vegas and he trains out of Tayne's MMA Gym. Miocic is the exact opposite to his opponent in skill set. He has wonderful wrestling and a respectable boxing skill set. This fight could go either way. If Miocic can get the fight to the ground, he will have the advantage, but if he can not do that, the advantage will be his opponents. Miocic trains at the far superior gym, but he is obviously over-training and not doing much rest and recovery as his energy level is very, very low. If he does not take the next 3-4 days off, he will not make it out of the 1st round. Because of that, I think I will have to pick Eddie Evans to win this fight. Though his morale is a bit low due to losing his debut fight, I think his takedown defense will prevail in this fight and he will keep the fight standing. Shane One Punch (1-0) vs Ryiah Kilbas (1-0) *265 Pounds At the half-way point of this action packed event, we have two more heavyweight fighters clashing. These two fighters nearly mirror each other in every aspect of the matchup. Shane Carwin is from Las Vegas, NV and he trains at the #1 MMA Gym (as Voted on by ESPN panel of independent MMA Analyst) Kalashnikov MMA Gym. Carwin won his first fight via TKO due to the gaping cut that he opened up on his opponent's head. Shane has a strong boxing skill set that is complimented by a mediocre, but rapidly developing wrestling game. His opponent tonight is Ryiah Kilbas. Kilbas is from Death Valley, Marriage, Ruins A Man. He is currently living in the fight capital of the world, Las Vegas, NV and like his opponent, he trains at Kalashnikov MMA Gym. Training at the same gym surely made for some awkward moments over the past few weeks. Kilbas won his debut fight via 1st round KO. Like Carwin, Kilbas has strong boxing skills, but his wrestling is a level above Carwin's. This fight should be a barn burner and it really could go either way. Both fighters moral and energy are nearly identical and beings that they train at the #1 MMA gym of all time, I think this fight is going to come down to who lands the big shot first. I think the safest prediction for this contest is UNDER 1.5 rounds. James Burrell (2-1) vs Rami Roisi (1-1) *265 Pounds And we have another heavyweight clash. James Burrell is from Corner Brook, Canada and he is not training for this fight. Hmmm, this is interesting as he has a healthy bank account. Maybe he thinks that his opponent will be an easy win? Burrell is coming in to this fight off of a 1st round RNC submission win. Burrell is purely a ground fighter as he possesses respectable wrestling and a brown belt in bjj. His opponent, Roisi, is a bit more well rounded. He has been working hard to develop his boxing skills and currently, his boxing is very proficient. He compliments his striking skill set with a bjj brown belt. After losing his first professional fight via unanimous decision, Roisi came back to win his second fight by 1st round armbar submission. I think these fighters grappling skills will cancel each other out and I think that Roisi's proficient boxing skills, along with his gym affiliation, will be the difference in this fight. My prediction: Rami Roisi to win this fight. Merf Murphy (2-0) vs Lyle Chipperson (5-0) *205 Pounds Now this is going to be an interesting fight! We have two undefeated rising prospects competing in the light heavyweight division. Merf Murphy is from Reading, PA and he currently lives and trains in Las Vegas, NV. Murphy is on a two fight win streak, winning both fights via 1st round KO/TKO, which is not surprising with the boxing skills that he has. He possesses very proficient boxing skills and a strong wrestling base. Across the cage from Murphy will be New York's own Lyle Chipperson. Lyle is 5-0 winning four of his five professional fights by various submissions. Lyle is a grappling based fighter and if Murphy can not keep this fight standing, he will be in trouble. Lyle has very competent wrestling and a purple belt in bjj, so if he can get this fight to the ground, he could win by submission. That said, Lyle's morale and energy levels are low. It appears that he is over-training and like the others mentioned above, if he doesn't take the next 3-4 days off, this fight will be Murphy's to lose. Murphy has very high moral and he seems to be taking his rest and recovery much more serious than Chipperson. These fighters need to learn that sometimes, less is more when it comes to training. My prediction: Merf Murphy to win this fight. Left Cheek (1-0) vs Mike Stevens (2-1) *185 Pounds This fight is guaranteed to end in a finish! First up, we have Left Cheek. Left Cheek is from Cervix, Qatar. Currently, he resides in Las Vegas and he trains out of the Aliens Only Spa, which is reportedly a homosexual members only, MMA Gym. Left Cheek won his professional debut by 1st round TKO. Cheek has wonderful muay thai and a very respectable wrestling base. His opponent is basically a grappling based fighter. Mike Stevens has very strong wrestling and he also has a bjj purple belt. He is just learning to clinch, so his muay thai is very, very basic, but starting to develop. Mike lost his professional debut by 1st round TKO, but then he rebounded to win his next two fights by TKO and a submission. Though Mike Stevens has won two in a row and appears to be starting to try to develop his stand up game, he is training at one of the worst gyms in Las Vegas. His morale is being depleted for this. I think this fight is going to end in UNDER 1.5 rounds and I think the fighter that trains at the superior gym, has higher morale and good energy (though he should rest 1-2 days before this fight) is going to win this fight. My prediction: Left "Speedy" Cheek to win this fight by (t)KO. Gavin Keogh (2-0) vs Charles Salvador (1-0) *205 Pounds In the co-main event for the evening, we have two undefeated prospects. From Chicago, Illinois we have Gavin Keough. Gavin is currently training at The Axis of Evil MMA Gym in New York, NY. He is a very well rounded fighter with competent boxing, mediocre muay thai, mediocre wrestling and he has a blue belt in bjj. Though he is well rounded, he has won both of his professional fights by (t)KO. His opponent for tonight's event is Charles Salvador. Charles is from Luton, England. Currently, he trains at the famed Kalashnikov MMA Gym in Las Vegas, NV. Charles is a well rounded fighter as well as he has competent boxing, very strong wrestling and a blue belt in bjj. He won his professional debut via 1st round TKO. These two fighters are about as evenly matched as they can be. I think I will have to go with the fighter who trains at the far superior gym, with a far superior coaching staff. My prediction: Charles Salvador to win this fight. Mike Matthes (3-0) vs Salva Gomez (3-0) *155 Pounds In the main event of the evening, we have two undefeated grappling based fighters clashing in the middle of the cage. First, in the red corner we have Mike Matthes who is from Berlin, Germany. He is currently training at the Hybrid Fighting Academy in Las Vegas, NV. Mike is a National High School Champion in wrestling as his wonderful wrestling skills display. He seems to be transferring his freestyle wrestling in to MMA wrestling very well. He compliments his superior wrestling skills with a blue belt in bjj and he has just started training in boxing last month. Mike has good hype and popularity and his energy is 100%, so he is resting and recovering very nicely after his hard training sessions, but I am left wondering why his morale is so low? Maybe because his gym is not in Excellent condition or maybe he needs some fresh new clothes? Either way, if he wants to keep his record undefeated, it will only help if he has high morale. Maybe he needs to check out the Kalashnikov MMA Gym, which is always in Excellent condition and filled with Elite coaches! His opponent for this fight is undefeated Salva Gomez. Gomez is from Mexico City, Mexico and he is currently training at Rabid Dog MMA Gym. As mentioned above, Gomez is a grappling based fighter. He is a brown belt in bjj and he has very basic wrestling skills, complimented with very basic boxing and muay thai skills. Gomez won all three of his professional fights by submission. I think this fight comes down to who can implement their game plan better. If Matthes can implement his takedown game and maintain top control while using his ground and pound to beat up Gomez, while not getting caught in a submission, he can win this fight. But if he makes one mistake, he will find himself in a submission. I think that both fighters basic striking skills will cancel each other out, so this fight will depend on who strikes first and implements their game plan the best. This fight is hard to call, but with Matthes morale being low, I think I will have to give a slight lean to Gomez here. My prediction: Salva "Arma Letal" Gomez to win this fight. Ok fight fans, my official prediction record is 7-1. Let's see how well I do for this event. Hopefully, some Sports Books will list lines for this event so the readers of this Preview can cash in. Enjoy the fights! Merry Christmas
  9. KCM - The Avenging Fist" took place tonight at "The Underground" in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was a great night of fights for a near sold out crowd of die hard MMA fans. Let's take a brief look at how things unfolded ... Tyrus Murphy (1-1) vs Georges Georges (0-6) *185 Pounds As I predicted would happen, Tyrus Murphy picked up his first win via 2nd round armbar submission. Murphy dominated for the entire fight taking down Georges 3 times during the fight, landing 37 strikes and attempting 7 submissions. Georges should seriously consider another profession or at a minimum, switching to Kalashnikov MMA Gym to get some elite training. Barney Assjacker (2-2) vs Luke Opilka (0-2) *170 Pounds Barney dominated this fight winning via unanimous decision (30-24/30-24/30-24). Basically, Opilka did not show up for this fight as his only output was one head punch. Assjacker mixed things up well as he worked well from the clinch, landing punches to the head and body, using his elbows extensively, connecting 30 times and using his knees to the head and body too. It's hard to tell where these fighters go from here. Assjacker looked good, but who doesn't look good when their opponent does not show up to fight? That said, I predicted Opilka to win, so I'm 1-1 on the night, so far. Geronimo Apache (4-4) vs Noel Diaz (1-2) *155 Pounds I predicted this fight correctly and like I said in my preview, Diaz hype was due to his name affiliation alone. This was an action packed fight, though it only lasted for 1.5 rounds. Right off the bat, Apache took Diaz down and was looking for submissions. Basically, that is the tale of this entire fight as Apache had 11 submission attempts, while landing 27 ground strikes. He won via TKO due in the 2nd round due to an elbow, followed up with punches to the head. I'm 2-1 for this event. Dickie Murphy (2-1) vs Mike Chang (1-1) *185 Pounds I said in the preview >>> "If the fight stays on the feet, Murphy will probably KO Chang and I think his wrestling is sufficient enough to fend off any submission attempts that Chang attempts" ... and that is exactly what happened in this fight! Chang attempted 7 takedowns and that was it. Murphy landed 9 punches from the clinch and he TKO'd Chang at 1:17 of round one. 3-1 now. Stephen Jackson (1-6) vs Jourdan Peppers (1-0) *205 Pounds There is not much to say here. Peppers through 5 punches and connected on each one of them, KO'ing Jackson on the final punch. Jackson is another fighter that might want to seek other employment as fighting does not seem like a good fit for him. I had no pick for this fight. Dirk Ironfoot (1-2) vs Novak Strasur (3-2) *205 Pounds This was another quick fight and it won Novak Strasur KO of the Night. Five punches were thrown and three of them connected, specifically, the final punch thrown by the winner of the fight, Novak Strasur at 48 seconds of the first round. I leaned Strasur, but I did not make an official pick for this fight. Islam Ramazanov (2-0) vs Eduard Folayang (0-1) *170 Pounds Like I said in the Preview, Folayang should have rested for at least 3-4 days before this fight. He over-trained for this fight and it showed. He landed one punch for this fight and that was it. Ramazanov landed his one and only take down and from there, he landed multiple strikes and ended the fight via Kimura submission at 3:57 of round one. With that submission, Islam won the Submission of the Night award. Updated prediction record 4-1. Walter White (3-2) vs Shelton Benjamin (3-1) *155 Pounds This was another lopsided and dominating performance for this event. White did not do much of anything, except be a punching bag for Benjamin. White had one take down in the fight and that was it. On the other hand, Benjamin connected on everything. From the clinch, he landed 31 punches in total and he also landed 12 punches at distance. Surprisingly, this fight went in to the 3rd round where Benjamin knocked White out cold at 2:30 of the 3rd round. Updated prediction record 5-1. Sisiphus Aioros (2-1) vs Lee Murray (3-0) *185 Pounds Lee Murray was fortunate in this fight as he was taken down immediately and he did just enough to force the Referee to stand the fight up. From there, he threw a body shot to the Aioros Liver and he followed that up with a superman bunch knocking Aioros out cold! Updated prediction record 6-1. Davy Quick (6-0) vs Jimmy Bowie (2-1) *205 Pounds I think Davy Quick just earned himself a Title shot for his performance in this fight. Bowie did nothing in this fight as he threw zero punches. Quick threw a total of 6 punches, connecting on five of them and he KO'd Bowie at 29 seconds of the 1st round. This fight was awarded the Fight of the Night. Ok, so to wrap up this event, I went 7-1 on my predictions as posted in my Preview. Be sure to buy your tickets for Kalashnikov Combat MMA's next event, "KCM - Fist Fight" on Saturday 12/24/16 where 3-0 Mike Mathis will be taking on 3-0 Salva Gomez in the main event. This event will be held at The Underground in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  12. "KCM - The Avenging Fist", will be taking place at "The Underground" in Las Vegas, Nevada. As of right now, it is looking like this event just might be a sell out come Saturday night. There are no Title fights for this event, but none the less, there are several great matchups that should make for a very entertaining night of sanctioned violence. Tyrus Murphy (0-1) vs Georges Georges (0-5) *185 Pounds The first fight of the night is a middleweight fight between Tyrus Murphy and Georges Georges. From the appearance of these two fighters records, the only good thing to come out of this contest is that someone's "0" will have to go, barring a Draw. Fighting out of Reading, PA. is Tyrus Murphy. Murphy is a ground based fighter with very good wrestling skills that are complimented with sound bjj skills. Murphy is coming in to this fight after suffering a 1st round TKO loss in his last fight. His opponent Georges Georges, fighting out of Shawinigan, Canada, is a bit more well rounded fighter as he has remarkable boxing skills that are complimented with a bjj purple belt. None of that seems to matter though as Georges does not appear to be able to tie his growing skill set together and apply them inside the cage. Georges will need to keep this fight standing by using his defensive grappling and take down defense skills. If he does, he has a chance of getting his first win in this fight. Otherwise, if Murphy can get this fight to the ground, it is his fight to win. If I was a betting man, I would place my money on Murphy here as his morale is understandably higher and more importantly, he trains out of the very best gym in Las Vegas, Kalashnikov MMA Gym. Barney Assjacker (1-2) vs Luke Opilka (0-1) *170 Pounds For the next fight of the night, we have the first openly gay MMA fighter in the Kalashnikov Organization, Barney Assjacker, fighting Luke Opilka. Mr. Assjacker is from Everett, Washington and after losing the first two fights of his career, he won his last fight via TKO. Barney possesses respectable mauy thai skills with a developing set of ground skills. Across the cage from the Assjacker will be Luke Opilka. Opilka lost his debut fight via 1st round submission. Opilka has very strong boxing skills and mediocre, but developing wrestling skills. Looking deeper at these two fighters skills sets, I think that if Opilka can keep the fight standing, he will win. If the Assjacker can get the fight to the ground, where he enjoys most of his activities, he could win this fight. This fight is a hard one to predict as Opilka has much higher morale and energy, but Assjacker trains out of a better quality gym. All things considered ... my money is on Luke Opilka to win this fight. Geronimo Apache (3-4) vs Noel Diaz (1-1) *155 Pounds The next fight of the night is between Geronimo Apache and Noel Diaz. Geronimo Apache will be riding his horse, Scout, to the cage. This fight is very important to Apache as he is on a 3 fight losing streak and if he suffers another loss here, it is very likely that he will be sacked. Apache is from the hills of Oklahoma and he trains out of the famed Kalashnikov MMA Gym in Las Vegas. He started out his career going 3-1, but he has lost 3 in a row, all via submission. It is safe to say that Apache has been training defensive grappling quite a bit. That said, I do not think Apache will have to worry too much about a submission in this fight as possess more grappling skills than his opponent. His opponent, Noel Diaz, is from Stockton, California and he is cousins to the great Nick & Nate Diaz and with that, Apache needs to be concerned as Noel has been training with the Diaz brothers for this fight. Diaz has wonderful boxing skills and a bjj blue belt. He is 1-1 in his career, winning his first fight by KO and losing his last fight by 3rd round submission. This is another contest that will determine the winner by where the fight takes place. Apache is the more experienced and more well rounded fighter and he should have the advantage on the ground, where as Diaz will definitely have the advantage on the feet. For a prediction, I will have to side with Apache very slightly here, because he trains at the superior gym and his morale for this fight is higher. That said, Diaz is more popular, but one has to wonder how much of that popularity is based on his name affiliation alone? Dickie Murphy (1-1) vs Mike Chang (1-0) *185 Pounds Here we have the brother of Tyrus Murphy fighting Mike Chang. Murphy is from Reading, PA and like his brother, he trains out of the Kalashnikov MMA Gym in Las Vegas. Murphy has a respectable boxing and wrestling skill set. He lost his debut fight via 2nd round submission, but he bounced back in his next fight with an outstanding record setting 12 second KO. Murphy's opponent is Mike Chang. Chang from Brusel, Belgium and he trains out of Tayne's Gym in Las Vegas. Chang is a pure ground fighter and he won his 1st fight via triangle choke submission. He possesses proficient wrestling skills and a bjj blue belt. I think this fight is Murphy's to lose as he is the more well rounded fighter. If the fight stays on the feet, Murphy will probably KO Chang and I think his wrestling is sufficient enough to fend off any submission attempts that Chang attempts. Stephen Jackson (1-5) vs Jourdan Peppers (0-0) *205 Pounds In our next contest we have a debuting fighter vs a struggling fighter. From Sacramento, CA. we have Stephen Jackson who possess a well rounded skill set, but he is having problems applying what he trains for in the gym, during his fights in the cage. He has a decent striking game where he employs competent mauy thai and a developing boxing skill set. He mixes his striking with a blue belt in bjj and basic wrestling skills. His opponent, Jourdan Peppers, who is from Helsinki Finland, is making his first walk to the cage. Peppers is a very good boxer and he compliments his striking skills with a very respectable wrestling skill set. This fight could go either way. Jackson has 3 losses via strikes, but Jackson trains at the superior gym and even though he has been struggling in the cage, he does have more cage experience than Peppers. Conversely, Peppers will surely have cage jitters beings that this is his first professional fight. It will be interesting to see how this fight plays out. Dirk Ironfoot (1-1) vs Novak Strasur (2-2) *205 Pounds Both of these fighters have been alternating wins and losses over their short careers. Dirk Ironfoot is from Cardiff, Wales and he is coming in to this fight off of a TKO loss in his last fight. Ironfoot has superb boxing skills and he is a purple belt in bjj. As much as he appears to have a good skill set both in striking and grappling, one has to wonder how legitimate those skills are when a fighter is training at Cozad gym in London? Novak Strasur is not doing much better as he is not training at all. Strasur is from Tirana, Albania. He enters this contest coming off of a TKO loss as well. On paper, Strasur appears to be the more well rounded fighter, albeit slightly, as he has wonderful boxing skills with a basic grappling game of wrestling and a bjj blue belt. I was Strasur in this fight as he has higher moral and more experience, but the fact that he is not training for this fight leaves me undecided. Islam Ramazanov (1-0) vs Eduard Folayang (0-0) 170 Pounds For the next fight of the night, we have two very hungry fighters that are evenly matched up in experience, but with slightly different styles. Islam Ramazanov is from Makhachkala, Russia and he is currently training out of the most popular and sought after MMA gym in all of MMA, the Kalashnikov MMA Gym in Las Vegas, Nevada. Islam enters this fight off of a 1st round submission win, which is no surprise at all if you have ever watched him grapple. Islam has respectable wrestling and has a brown belt in BJJ under 7th degree black belt, Corey Dalton. His opponent for this fight is the debuting Eduard Folayang. Eddy is from Benguet Province, Philippines and he trains out of Tayne's Gym in Las Vegas. Eddy has Wonderful wrestling that is complimented with basic but developing, boxing and muay thai skills. Eddy appears to be a bit more well rounded and he could possibly fend off Islam's ground game if his defensive grappling is on point. If not, Islam might be able to submit him. This fight is a tough one to call, because even though Eddy is a bit more well rounded, this is his first pro fight and the big lights might give him some jitters and possibly cause him to adrenaline dump in the 1st round? Also, looking at Eddy's energy level, it appears that he might be over-training for this fight. If he does not rest his fighter for a few days before this fight, I think Islam will take the win. Walter White (3-1) vs Shelton Benjamin (2-1) *155 Pounds This fight could be a Title shot eliminator! The winner could very well find himself fighting for the Title in his next fight. Walter White is from Stamford, Connecticut and he is now training out of the lowly Cozad Gym located is Las Vegas. White is coming in to this fight off of a 2 fight winning streak where he won both fights via Kimura submission. White is a well rounded fighter in that he has competent boxing and wrestling skills, along with a bjj purple belt. I think that it is safe to say that White will be hunting for the submission in this fight as all 3 of his wins have been by submission. His opponent for this contest is Shelton Benjamin who is from unknown parts of Austria. Currently, he is living in Las Vegas and he trains out of Rooster's Coop. Shelton is a well rounded fighter also as he has superb boxing and strong wrestling skills. If this fight stays standing, I think it will be Shelton's fight to lose, but on the other hand, if his defensive grappling is not sound, White could either out grapple him or even submit him. Here is the issue though, not only does Shelton train out of the superior gym, but his morale and energy levels are much better. This will be important, because Shelton has went the distance as one of his two wins was by decision. White has never went to a decision and with his energy level so low, if he does not find the submission in the 1st round, I think Shelton Benjamin just might be fighting for a Title in his next fight! Sisiphus Aioros (2-0) vs Lee Murray (2-0) *185 Pounds Somebody's 0 is going to go! Though the winner of this fight probably won't get a Title shot, a win will surely put them in the conversation. Sisiphus Aioros is from Baku, Azerbaijan and he is currently living in Las Vegas and he trains out of the Bi-Polar Asylum Gym. Aioros is coming in to this fight winning both of his professional fights by submission. He has a very good ground game, using his respectable wrestling to get the fight to the ground and from there, he uses his bjj brown belt skills to secure a submission. Aioros will definitely need his grappling skills to get this fight to the ground, because if he does not do that, his opponent, Lee Murray, will do as he has done in his last two fights and TKO him. Lee Murray, finally out of prison for committing the largest Bank robbery in British history, was given a Pardon by the Moroccan President. Murray is from Greenwich, England and he is training at the famed Kalashnikov MMA Gym in Las Vegas. Murray has superb boxing skills that are complimented with a bjj purple belt. As previously mentioned, Murray has 2 wins, both by TKO and he has yet to fight one full round in the cage. If Murray is going to win this fight, he needs to keep it standing, because his opponents bjj skills are superior to his and as well, Murray has basically no wrestling skills to defend what Aioros can do on the ground. My money is on Murray in this fight, not only because he trains at the far superior gym, but his opponents moral is some what low and that is to be expected, when one trains with a bunch of crazies. Davy Quick (5-0) vs Jimmy Bowie (2-0) *205 Pounds This fight will definitely determine the next person to get a Title fight in the Light Heavyweight Division. As well, there will be some awkwardness in this fight as the fighters are training partners at the same gym. Davy Quick is from New York, NY and he is coming in to this fight winning all 5 of his professional fights by 1st round (T)KO. He possesses wonderful muay thai skills with a very respectable wrestling base. His opponent, Jimmy Bowie, is from Logan County, USA. He is 2-0 in his short career, with both fights coming by way of 1st round TKO, which is very surprising as his striking skills are very basic. That said, he has a very good wrestling skills and a bjj blue belt, which he has yet to use very much inside the cage. Normally, I would say that if this fight were to stay on the feet, it would favor Quick, but with Bowie's wins coming via TKO, this fight could be won on the feet by either fighter. Quick has very good defensive grappling skills, so I do think that this fight will stay standing. Since both fighters train at the same gym, the only real advantage to be had in this fight, is that Quick has more cage experience. If I were going to bet on this fight, I would have to put my money on Davey Quick.
