Jackking Posted April 4, 2020 Report Share Posted April 4, 2020 Mike has complained that some of the avatars are over 5MB and he's been rejecting based on file size alone. I had a couple from Fletch (who's been MIA on the forums last month or two) that I hadn't submitted and sure enough they were ~5.6MB. If you open and re-save them into another format (I went from jpeg to png) the file size should decrease dramatically and that might take care of the error. In my case, the file size went from 5.6MB to 77kb with no discernible change in image quality. Yeah, saving in jpg is an awful approach, talk about going back 15-20 years in graphic tech!
