I made a MT project, and immediately thrown him into a QFC in which I pulled Chris's self named fighter, Chris Karter. He KO'd me in 29 seconds... and has mocked, gloated, and spammed my guestbook since the PM's between us has started.

A few months down the line I send him a PM, asking if he would like to rematch, i dont need any cash for a contract and he can choose the org, hopefully sweetening the pot for him getting to help one of his alliance orgs, but he of course trash talks me, and says he has to "think about it" over the next two PM's.

Finally, he says lets put 150k on the line- I said fine, this has turned to utter bullshit to me and I want to humiliate him at this point.

He retorts with "Well I just wanted to see if you had 150k, you need to put that 150k in my manager acct directly and then ill consider fighting you". Well to me thats what they call

Yea he KO'd me, put my fighter showed good hiddens imho and he was a Wonderful boxer/Abys Wrestler, I was a Won MT/Abys wrestler. Of course, ANY top manager doesnt build a MT project with much in striking defense, so the loss was expected- and even wanted to see my moral loss.

- I would like the site to look more professional and up to date. As it is, it looks a bit oldschool.
- Newer sites tend to use larger (and different font) text and be lighter in overall colour tone.
- I'm happy to change the logo and the menu structure; whatever you think is best.
- I will provide the parts of the existing design you wish to keep or cover the costs of stock images (in the final thing, if chosen, not just in your mess about designs)!
- Feel free to change bits of content or layouts of pages if you like but let's just get a template working first.
- It would be nice to possibly widen the site a little bit.
- Think about ad integration for non VIPs. We can leave it similar to current format or mix it up a bit.


OK, so perhaps we should have a discussion about it first and then move on to some submissions? Please feel free to submit links to design styles they think would work and I'll post some of the image bits below.

To clafify, I don't need anyone to code anything, I will do all that. All you'll need to do is design an example page that is web friendly. By that I mean use fonts that you can use online in the basic text stuff. Before I start I assure you I did check with Mike regarding the org name. If the tweaks weren't enough please let me know, Mike. I'll fix it right away. Over the past 2 years I have run Osaka Niten Ichi. We started out as small as it gets with a $50k loan and not much else. Things turned out pretty well with ONI even managing to turn a PPV profit. Now, it is time to move on and try something new. When I say new I mean really new. New as in noobs only. Think of this as TUM only never ending. Manager skills will be put to the test. If a fighter falls flat delete them and try again. There will be no attachment.

The rules are simple.

1. Newly created 25 year old fighters are the only ones allowed to join. There is no date restrictions and you can make a fighter at any time.
2. All fights are at openweight, so make your fighter any size you like.
3. All training is banned. No fighter is ever allowed to join a gym. If caught cheating they will be removed and their actions made public.
4. Due to no need for money all fighter pay will go directly to their manager to use in any way they wish.

Due to there being no need to ever train and everyone having the same number of skill points there is also no reason to ask for training time. Fights can be as frequent as your body allows. Naturally being out of town, low energy, and injuries are among many valid reasons to still decline a fight. I'd never force that on anyone. You just no longer need to worry about training time or skill gaps. Another bonus is these guys take 2 seconds to make. If you learn after 2 KO's your guy cannot take a punch he is easy to replace. The project you just spent 2 years perfecting not so much. The new fighter will be on par and able to compete with everyone else instantly.

Many of you will tell me this is doomed to fail and that is OK. I am not in it to be #1 or make a fortune, so I won't be disappointed if those things don't happen. This is strictly for fun and if it works it works. If it doesn't then it doesn't. Like any business you never know until you give it a shot. Anyone with interest in joining please mail me or post here. There is no creation date. You just need to let me know as soon as you do so I may make sure they are not training and sign them that day.

FAQ
I have been mailed a number of questions, so I will add them to this post.

What are the contract terms?
3 fights for $7500 which will be paid directly to the manager upon signing. The contract will only be for about 7 weeks to give time in case your fighter is prone to 16 day injuries. Inactivity clause will be 14 days, though if you come even close to that I am not doing my job. Edit: As a noob org paying up front I have spent $400k+ on fights that have not yet happened. Imagining what would happen when I start paying ONI money. I think it could go bad fast. Also, we had some managers go inactive or fire fighters right after signing and getting paid for 3 fights that didn't happen. Our new contracts will be coded to represent larger amounts to be paid to the manager. 1st time contracts are 10/25/1. Add 00 to it and it means I pay $1000 upon signing and $2500 before each fight directly to your manager account. As you get raises you will see it in the contract. 50/50/1 would mean $5000 signing bonus and $5000 per fight, ect...

Can I sign all 4 of my fighters to the org?
Not at this time. Since there is only the openweight division I am only accepting 2 fighters per manager. If I open another weight down the line I will reconsider. If I accidentally ask you to fight your own fighter do not accept. It is not good for you, me, or the org. I would never force that on anyone.

Does my manager account have to be in Tokyo or just the fighter?
Just the fighter.

If my brother wants to join can he send you his fighters too?
Mike runs the game, not me. If you live together you need his permission, and he requires your accounts do not cross paths in any way ( if he chooses to allow the account ) to avoid unfair advantages or multi's.

How often can I fight?
I run events 3 times a week on Sunday, Weds, and Friday. If you have full energy and no injuries you can fight in all 3 events. Just be sure to log in often to accept the fight offers, since there can be as little as 2-3 days between fights assuming you came out unharmed.

He plays cards (mostly spades and no-limit hold 'em) and kills guys (mostly in the cage). Lot's of people can't do it like he does, and fuck you if you hate him for it. He never takes advantage of anyone, but he does bang other fighters' girlfriends in rest stop bathrooms, and after that it's usually him beating up guys that actually asked to fight. Marley is basically the Mr. T. of MMATycoon (and by that I mean he has his own cereal).

Anyway, he has a fight set up for this Friday and his opponent will still have a pretty good injury from when some kid at the park beat his ass for cutting in front of the line for the swings, 4 days.

If Marley doesn't win via KO (Face Rape) This fight will show that there is a serious flaw in the system.

For those of you who wish to judge Marley and Me, go ahead, because that was a shitty movie. We could have easily kept this on the down low and murdered this chump and moved on to the next round of the tourney without saying anything. But we both figured something like this needed to be brought to the attention of everyone and, regardless of our actions, is vital information to the improvement of this great game.
