Prime told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.#SUB#
Sand is looking to cinch up a triangle. Prime throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Sand's body to avoid the submission. Sand has instead reached around Prime's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Sand arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

King has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Prime is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
King tries to work over Prime's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. #BC#

We've been hearing that Prime has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
King is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Prime shoots in looking for a takedown. Edwards tries to sprawl out of it but Prime keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Edwards manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Edwards is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hoptimus Prime. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A very excited looking Parnell Edwards rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
