In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 4 losses; Dado Mata! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 9 wins and 2 losses; Igydo Dall!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Mata tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dall manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Dall shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mata as he jumps to the side.

Dado Mata seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mata content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Dall has locked up a guillotine! Dall's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Mata is holding on here and Dall must be using up a lot of energy. Mata has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Dall gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
