The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drought looks to score with a jab to the body but Jan is just out of range.
Drought works over Jan's head and body with a nice combination.
Jan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Drought swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Drought lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Jan shoots in looking for a takedown. Drought tries to sprawl out of it but Jan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Drought manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Drought is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Jan switches off momentarily and Drought cracks him with a monster right hand! Jan topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Drought dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Drought!
