Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Gravity (ranked 2694 p4p, 259 weight class) and Rand Madness (ranked 3822 p4p, 343 weight class). Gravity comes to the cage accompanied by Gravity. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gravity closes the distance and clinches.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Gravity takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Gravity is struggling to control the position.
Gravity gets a warning from the ref for wasting time.

Madness gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Gravity regains guard.
Gravity on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gravity tries to get out of the position.
Gravity manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Madness manages to get himself to full guard.

Gravity prevents Madness from getting back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gravity distracts Madness with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Gravity has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Gravity seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Madness for as long as he can get away with.
Madness can't keep his opponent in guard - Gravity advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Gravity lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Madness wants to get back to his feet.
Gravity looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Madness with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

It looks like Rand Madness has been cut.
Gravity takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Gravity is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Madness!
