The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Poraszka drives through with a takedown into guard.
Poraszka trying to control the position from guard on top but Kinghtfall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kinghtfall seems keen to control Poraszka's posture.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kinghtfall's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Poraszka loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Kinghtfall looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Poraszka closes the distance but Kinghtfall moves to the side

and Kinghtfall counters with a single leg into guard. Poraszka didn't expect that.
Kinghtfall is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Poraszka working for a triangle but Kinghtfall defends it easily.
Kinghtfall postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Poraszka can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kinghtfall controls the pace.
Kinghtfall passes into half guard.

Kinghtfall wants to work for an arm triangle but Poraszka is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Kinghtfall moves nicely into side control.

Kinghtfall is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Poraszka knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Poraszka is breathing heavily.

Kinghtfall has an Americana. Poraszka didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Kinghtfall is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Kinghtfall hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
