Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cesare Tiramanti (ranked 1029 p4p, 140 weight class) and Yka Sonni (ranked 1873 p4p, 228 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

No joy there for Tiramanti, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Good leg kick by Sonni there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Tiramanti throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sonni stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sonni lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sonni connects with a single shot there.

Tiramanti drops his hands momentarily and Sonni takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Tiramanti moves away from the strike by Sonni.
Sonni wants to clinch up but Tiramanti keeps it at a distance.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Cesare Tiramanti will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
