Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Justin Orel (ranked 23865 p4p, 555 weight class) and Winston Hyland (ranked 4424 p4p, 421 weight class). Orel's entrance music is Deadringer. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Justin Orel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Winston Hyland!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hyland darts in and clinches Orel up against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Orel's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Orel can't break the clinch.
Orel working hard to break the clinch.
Orel is trying to break the clinch but Hyland is controlling him.
Hyland is looking to take this one to the mat.
Orel wants to get back to striking at distance but Hyland won't allow it.

Hyland gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Orel regains guard.
Hyland stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Orel swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Orel is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Hyland drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Orel dives on top into guard.

Orel looking to sit in guard and control but Hyland gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Hyland postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Orel is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hyland, into his guard.

Hyland is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Orel defends well.
Orel tries to free his leg and advance position but Hyland is retaining full guard.
Orel passes into half guard.
Hyland is looking to improve his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Orel is looking to advance position but Hyland won't allow it.
Orel with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Hyland is not content to let Orel control the position.
Orel looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Orel stalling away here and it's allowed Hyland to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Orel wants to control from the top but Hyland keeps moving.

Orel got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hyland has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Orel has managed to get both his arms back between Hyland's legs - danger averted.

Hyland working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Orel doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Orel manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Orel wants to pass the guard but Hyland is keeping the position.

Orel stands and steps away. Hyland gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Orel stuffs the takedown.
Orel was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Hyland gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Hyland keeps control of Orel as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Winston Hyland will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Hyland clinches up with Orel and pushes him back against the cage.
Orel gets underhooks to prevent Hyland's takedown attempt.

Hyland is trying to trip Orel. He has hold of a leg but Orel is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Hyland persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hyland postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Orel is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hyland, into his guard.

Justin Orel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Winston Hyland.
Hyland backs away from a small jab... but Orel lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Hyland crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Orel with a spectacular finish!
