Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Robin Roy!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Glass and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Roy takes one to the side of the head.
Roy throws a head kick that half lands.
A bone on bone clash there as Diaz blocks the leg kick.
Diaz does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Diaz scores with the left hand. Roy knows he should have avoided that one.
Roy connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Diaz throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Diaz takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Roy drives through with a takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Diaz looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Diaz is trying to keep Roy in close.
Diaz seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Roy loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Roy is looking to work some ground and pound but Diaz has wrist control.
Diaz trying to keep a closed guard but Roy is proving a slippery customer.
Roy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Diaz swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Diaz is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Roy is sitting in close to Diaz's body. Diaz has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Roy is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Roy is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Diaz.
