Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cherry Aoki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Kriss!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kriss drops Aoki with a beautiful combination! Aoki stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kriss is looking for the KO!
It looks like Cherry Aoki has been cut.
Aoki shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Kriss is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kriss breaks from the clinch.
Kriss cracks Aoki with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Aoki looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Kriss finish him?
Aoki is rocked!
Kriss misses with the combination.
Kriss throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Aoki stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Aoki shoots for a takedown but Kriss saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kriss connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Aoki momentarily.
Kriss scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Oh Aoki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kriss moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Cherry Aoki's cut is getting worse.
Kriss rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Aoki moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kriss throws out a powerful jab.
Kriss cracks Aoki with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Aoki looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Kriss finish him?
Chris Kriss is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Kriss lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Aoki - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Kriss!

In his post fight interview, Chris Kriss started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
