The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcallister throws a poor cross that misses
and Kennedy counters with a good, hard body kick but Mcallister shrugs it off.
Kennedy throws a leg kick which misses Mcallister's front leg but catches the back leg as Mcallister tries to avoid it.
Collin Mcallister seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kennedy turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Kennedy looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kennedy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mcallister throws out the jab.
Kennedy thuds a left hand into Mcallister's body.
Kennedy tries a head kick but it misses.
Mcallister throws the left hand but Kennedy avoids the punch easily.
Kennedy went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Kennedy lands with a kick to the ribs.
Kennedy lands a jab to Mcallister's midsection.
Kennedy throws a series of strikes that have Mcallister backpedaling.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kennedy scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Kennedy closes the distance and catches Mcallister with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Mcallister is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Mcallister is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Mcallister is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Kennedy takes it!
