The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Oliveira avoids the body shot from Spadantica.
De Oliveira circles away from the clinch attempt.
Spadantica shoots in looking for a takedown. De Oliveira tries to sprawl out of it but Spadantica keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. De Oliveira manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
De Oliveira tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Spadantica moves in looking to clinch but De Oliveira pushes him off.
