Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gregory Peterson (ranked 3227 p4p, 381 weight class) and James Morrow (ranked 2719 p4p, 330 weight class). Peterson comes to the cage accompanied by Amon Amarth - Guardians of Asgaard. Morrow has chosen Judas Priest - Breaking The Law as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrow takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Peterson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Morrow tries to avoid it but Peterson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Morrow to the ground. Morrow escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Despite the aggression on Morrow's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Peterson goes for a double leg but Morrow avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Morrow continues to drive forward.

Morrow is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Peterson is looking for a kimura but Morrow is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Peterson to get the leverage.
