PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Antonio Jose De Sucre (ranked 3315 p4p, 410 weight class) and Arnaldo Silva (ranked 20191 p4p, 617 weight class). De Sucre's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bolivianos el Hado Propicio. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

and Silva counters with a right, a left and a big uppercut that drops De Sucre to the mat! Silva runs to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. 3,4,5,6 and De Sucre is back to his feet. He seems ready to continue - the ref agrees so we're back at it!

Silva connects with a nice cross there... De Sucre is looking wobbly and Silva recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send De Sucre to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Silva jumps onto the ropes to celebrate with the crowd!

After the fight, Arnaldo Silva was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
