The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson misses with a looping left.
Lotus Style closes the distance and clinches up with Jackson, looking for a takedown. Lotus Style pushes Jackson against the cage but Jackson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Jackson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lotus Style napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Lotus Style tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jackson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jackson cracks Lotus Style with a big elbow.
Lotus Style is trying to control Jackson's posture but Jackson avoids it.
Lotus Style is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Jackson scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackson is pressing down on Lotus Style's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lotus Style is holding on for now.

Lotus Style has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Jackson. Oh but Lotus Style has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Jackson goes limp - he's gone! Lotus Style jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
