Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kazuka Fuujin (ranked 126 p4p, 8 weight class) and Samak Ruenroeng (ranked 207 p4p, 14 weight class). Fuujin comes to the cage accompanied by a lot of Asian swag in this young man. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

26 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Samak Ruenroeng!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuujin connects with a looping right hand.
Fuujin lands a nice hook to Ruenroeng's body. Ruenroeng takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Fuujin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ruenroeng sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Ruenroeng circles away from the clinch attempt.
A countering left hand to the body from Ruenroeng misses.
Ruenroeng is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fuujin sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Ruenroeng shoots in looking for a takedown but Fuujin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ruenroeng's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Fuujin fakes the leg kick and cracks Ruenroeng in the body.
Fuujin throws the kick towards the body but Ruenroeng avoids it.

Ruenroeng closes the distance and clinches up with Fuujin, looking for a takedown. Ruenroeng pushes Fuujin against the cage but Fuujin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fighters circling - Fuujin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fuujin dips to his left and cracks Ruenroeng with an uppercut!

It seemed like Ruenroeng was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Ruenroeng shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fuujin but Fuujin pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Fuujin was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fuujin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ruenroeng gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ruenroeng got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fuujin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ruenroeng has managed to get both his arms back between Fuujin's legs - danger averted.
Ruenroeng is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Let's hope that Ruenroeng has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Horrible takedown attempt by Ruenroeng or perhaps it was just good defense by Fuujin, which made it look bad.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

That was a close second round but I would say that Kazuka Fuujin will probably get the nod.
