Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nathaniel Osborne (ranked 24812 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buakaw Bunchamek (ranked 4699 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Bruno Hogan and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Bunchamek misses
and Osborne counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Osborne will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Osborne is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Osborne takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Osborne is nestled in close to Bunchamek, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Osborne is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Bunchamek has managed to free his arm - good work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bunchamek looks like he's trying to stand up.

Osborne is taking a breather. Bunchamek says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Osborne seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Bunchamek moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Bunchamek does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Bunchamek darts in trying to clinch
and Osborne counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Osborne controls from within his opponent's guard.
Osborne postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Osborne is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Osborne seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Bunchamek for as long as he can get away with.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Osborne continues to stall.

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Bunchamek obliges.
Osborne is trying to drag Bunchamek to the mat but Bunchamek just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Bunchamek tries to land knees in the clinch but Osborne avoids the damage to the body.

Bunchamek tries to close the distance and clinch but Osborne swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Bunchamek looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Osborne shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Osborne was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Buakaw Bunchamek showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Buakaw Bunchamek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Osborne chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bunchamek can pounce on him.

Osborne swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Bunchamek just misses with a elbow thrown towards Osborne's brow.

Bunchamek tries to kick Osborne off in order to stand up. Osborne Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Osborne wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bunchamek, who protects the arm well.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Osborne has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
