The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Santoro bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Fortune's head.
Fortune seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Nicky Santoro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fortune jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Fortune ducks under a wild hook from Santoro.
Santoro throws a shot from downtown. Fortune moves away and avoids it.
An attempted straight right counter from Fortune misses the target.
The fighters circle momentarily. Santoro darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A looping hook to the body misses from Fortune. Santoro does a little dance to reset his feet.
Santoro lands a nice hook to Fortune's body. Fortune takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Fortune lands a big right hand that sends Santoro crashing to the mat! Fortune stays standing though and waves Santoro back to his feet!

Fortune throws a pinpoint strike between Santoro's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Santoro crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Fortune scores a great knockout victory!
