The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuire misses with a wild combination.
McGuire scores with a nice body kick.

McGuire drops Fazik with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fazik looks back up at him and smiles so McGuire waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Mohammed Fazik has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McGuire displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fazik.
Fazik sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Fazik takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

McGuire darts in and clinches Fazik up against the cage.

McGuire throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Fazik bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! McGuire comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Fazik falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Fazik was out before he hit the floor!
