Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edward Delbrossio (ranked 4628 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalle Jarva (ranked 4978 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jarva shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Delbrossio manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Delbrossio has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Jarva won't allow Delbrossio to get back to his feet.
Jarva looking to sit in guard and control but Delbrossio gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Delbrossio decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jarva, up you get!

Jarva is just content to waste time from the top position. Delbrossio takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jarva tries to get to full guard but Delbrossio has control of the leg.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jarva goes for a takedown in the clinch but Delbrossio prevents it.

Delbrossio's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
