Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Peter Kropotkin (ranked 2394 p4p, 130 weight class) and Tim Slater (ranked 3787 p4p, 173 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kropotkin tries to keep at a distance but Slater has taken the fight into the clinch.

Slater successfully pulls guard.
Kropotkin wants to control from the top but Slater keeps moving.

Kropotkin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kropotkin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Slater wants to sweep but no luck.

Kropotkin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Kropotkin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Slater has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kropotkin has managed to get both his arms back between Slater's legs - danger averted.
Kropotkin won't allow Slater to sweep him here.

Slater escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kropotkin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slater tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Kropotkin trying to control the position from guard on top but Slater is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kropotkin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Slater is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Kropotkin has his hands clasped together but Slater extends and breaks Kropotkin's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Slater.

In his post fight interview, Tim Slater started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
In defeat, Peter Kropotkin stepped up to the mic, saying 'I still got a better life than all you motherfuckers out there! Imma go fuck my girlfriend and you can go back into your mom's basement!'.
