Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mom Cheating (ranked 2976 p4p, 268 weight class) and Maatia Supuaga (ranked 3578 p4p, 300 weight class). Supuaga has chosen as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cheating throws a series of punches but Supuaga moves out of range.
Supuaga feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Cheating has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Supuaga off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Mom Cheating seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cheating has taken the fight to the clinch.
Supuaga is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Cheating is keeping busy.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
