Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ivar Lothbrok (ranked 3868 p4p, 430 weight class) and Eli McDonell (ranked 1932 p4p, 251 weight class). McDonell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mike Oldfield - Nuclear. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Anthony Taglia and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonell connects with a jab.
McDonell thumps Lothbrok with a low kick.
McDonell throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
McDonell explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
McDonell throws the left hand but Lothbrok avoids the punch easily.
No luck for Lothbrok with that takedown attempt.
McDonell flicks out a counter leg kick but Lothbrok steps away.
McDonell chopping away at his opponent's legs.
McDonell lunges at Lothbrok with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Lothbrok's hand.
Lothbrok takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lothbrok throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
McDonell throws a low kick, looking for Lothbrok's leg but Lothbrok calmly moves out of range.
Lothbrok half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
McDonell throws a leg kick that is checked
and Lothbrok counters with a shoot takedown. McDonell fights it but they end up in guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lothbrok wants to pass the guard but McDonell is keeping the position.
Lothbrok stops McDonell from standing up.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McDonell can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lothbrok wants to control from the top but McDonell keeps moving.
McDonell wants to stand but Lothbrok is controlling the position.
McDonell is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Lothbrok wants to pass the guard but McDonell is keeping the position.
McDonell wants to stand up but Lothbrok is controlling him.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
McDonell lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Lothbrok takes a shot right to the bread basket.
McDonell lands with a hook. Lothbrok tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lothbrok is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in McDonell's half guard.
McDonell scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Lothbrok manages to mount him!
Lothbrok lands a big elbow.

Lothbrok controlling the position easily from mount.
McDonell wants to get back to his feet but in bucking up he's left an arm hanging out! Lothbrok has locked onto it and has pulled off a slick armbar! McDonell taps furiously! This one is all over!
