Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dorian Perry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Blake Radmon!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Reed Andrews and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radmon showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Perry.
Perry keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Perry tries for a takedown but Radmon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Perry swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Perry throws a one two combo.
Perry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Radmon leaves Perry with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Radmon raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A punch combination from Perry misses.
Radmon thinks about the counter body kick.
Radmon throws out a leg kick but Perry moves out of range and Radmon only half commits.
Perry tries to bum rush Radmon with a series of wild strikes but Radmon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Radmon dodges the punch combination from Perry.
Perry throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Radmon's waist but Radmon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Perry off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dorian Perry. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Radmon bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Perry knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Radmon on the ground.
Radmon takes a little break here. Perry wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Radmon has hold of Perry's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Perry seems comfortable defending it but Radmon has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Perry is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Perry is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Radmon couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Blake Radmon!
