The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jimmerson misses with a double jab.
Colt takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jimmerson looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Jimmerson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Jimmerson lands a front kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Jimmerson. That snapped Colt's head back.

It looks like Codename Colt has been cut.
Colt shoots in looking for a takedown. Jimmerson tries to sprawl out of it but Colt keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jimmerson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jimmerson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Colt tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Jimmerson's elbow.

Colt tries to work over Jimmerson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Jimmerson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Colts head.
Jimmerson lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Colt or not.
Jimmerson lands a body shot in the clinch.
Jimmerson scores with a nice hook to the head.

Jimmerson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Jimmerson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Jimmerson has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Colt should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Jimmerson has tightened it up now! Colt should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
