The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weadababyitsaboy tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Shipilov swivels and escapes.
Shipilov swinging wildly here.
Weadababyitsaboy moves to clinch but Shipilov breaks away
and Shipilov counters with a nice uppercut.
Shipilov rushes Weadababyitsaboy and presses him up against the cage.
Shipilov lands a left hand that snaps the head of Weadababyitsaboy backwards.
Weadababyitsaboy tries to circle away but Shipilov has him pinned against the cage.
Weadababyitsaboy gets a trip takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Weadababyitsaboy seems to be looking for submissions.
Shipilov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Shipilov.
Weadababyitsaboy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Shipilov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Shipilov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Weadababyitsaboy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Shipilov is tightening it up a little... Weadababyitsaboy has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Weadababyitsaboy reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Weadababyitsaboy taps out! Nice BJJ there by Shipilov!
