The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Baker has taken the fight to the clinch.
Baker throws a knee to the head but misses.

Baker breaks from the clinch.
Blake scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Baker's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Blake connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Baker scrambles back to his feet.
Blake misses with a hook. Baker ducked under it nicely.

Baker moves into the clinch.
Blake throws a head punch that misses.

Baker breaks the clinch.
Baker is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Blake throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Baker counter with a right hand.
Blake looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Baker drops Blake with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Blake looks back up at him and smiles so Baker waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Blake is rocked!
Blake has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Baker darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Blake's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Baker before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
