Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jumpin Jack Flash (ranked 3108 p4p, 176 weight class) and Manny Machabeau (ranked 5425 p4p, 256 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jumpin Jack Flash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Manny Machabeau!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machabeau swings for the body but Flash moves out of range.

Flash dives in for a single leg takedown but Machabeau sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Machabeau let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
A big right from Flash misses.

Flash scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Flash is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Machabeau defends it well.

Flash is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Machabeau leaves Flash with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Come on Machabeau - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Flash tries to break the clinch but Machabeau is controlling the position.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Flash drops back, looking for a kneebar! Machabeau looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Machabeau looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Machabeau!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Machabeau tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Flash is trying to control Machabeau's posture but Machabeau avoids it.
Machabeau really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Flash. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Machabeau is looking to take a break and control but Flash is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
