Vinyard wants to clinch up but Xinhai keeps it at a distance.
Xinhai connects with a high kick.
Xinhai throws a jab but it's blocked by Vinyard.
Xinhai misses with a hook
and Vinyard counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Xinhai misses with an uppercut
and Vinyard counters with a slapping leg kick.
Vinyard connects with a crisp jab.
Xinhai scores with a nice head shot.
Yang Xinhai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Xinhai throws a lazy right hand but Vinyard sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A jab from Xinhai does it's job there.
Vinyard has closed the distance and engaged Xinhai in a clinch.

Xinhai lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Vinyard backwards.

A nice right hand lands inside from Xinhai.
Xinhai wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Vinyard has him pressed against the cage.
Xinhai breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Xinhai throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Vinyard on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
A nice inside leg kick there by Vinyard. That's going to slow Xinhai down.
Xinhai lands with a kick to the temple. Vinyard shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
