Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Seth Slithers!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rocks fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Slithers manages to avoid it.
Slithers shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rocks as he jumps to the side.
Rocks seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Rocks has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Death Valley Training Facility in the buildup to the fight.
Rocks connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Slithers's hands.


It looks like Seth Slithers has been cut.

A quick step to the side and Rocks tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Rocks's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

That was a close round but I would say that Jason Rocks will probably get the nod.

Slithers shoots in looking for a takedown. Rocks tries to sprawl out of it but Slithers keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rocks manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
No joy there for Rocks, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Seth Slithers's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Seth Slithers's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jason Rocks!
In defeat, Seth Slithers stepped up to the mic, saying 'He escaped my death grip. Next time he wont be so lucky. '.
