The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Br has closed the distance and engaged Golden in a clinch.

Golden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Br gets a trip takedown into half guard.

Golden makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Br throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Golden was covering up waiting for the punch and Br finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Golden isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Br stacks Golden on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Br!

Br throws a strike but Golden avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Br wants to control from the top but Golden keeps moving.

Br is looking to control Golden's arms but Golden gets an underhook and turns him. Now Br has his back to the cage.

Golden escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Br gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
