Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dean Pritchard (ranked 1535 p4p, 189 weight class) and Freddy White (ranked 803 p4p, 101 weight class). Pritchard comes to the cage accompanied by Cheese. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, David Schapiro and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pritchard showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from White.
Pritchard connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
White goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Dean Pritchard has been cut.
Pritchard cracks White with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Pritchard avoids the body shot from White.
White bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Pritchard's head.
White throws a leg kick that is checked
and Pritchard counters with a nice leg kick.
Pritchard feints and then cracks White's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow White down.

and White counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pritchard throws a leg kick but White sees it coming and checks it nicely.

enabling White to counter with a crisp jab.

White dodges the punch combination from Pritchard.
Oh Pritchard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Pritchard seems to have got his legs back now.

Pritchard looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and White counters with a stiff right hand.
White throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Pritchard misses with a leg kick
and White counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pritchard thinking.
White lands a nice leg kick that just misses Pritchard's sensitive parts.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
White lands a big head kick that sends Pritchard to the canvas! White follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

After winning the bout, Freddy White thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
