Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Don Sheidu (ranked 3449 p4p, 193 weight class) and Texas Goon (ranked 4021 p4p, 212 weight class). Texas Goon is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheidu misses with a left hand
and Goon counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Sheidu with a lazy takedown attempt
enabling Goon to counter with a crisp jab.
Sheidu tries to score a power double leg takedown but Goon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sheidu somewhat.
Sheidu definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Don Sheidu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Texas Goon seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Goon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sheidu.
A nice side step and Goon releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Sheidu shoots for a double leg takedown but Goon sprawls well. He's pushed Sheidu's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Goon might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Oh Sheidu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
No joy there for Goon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A little feinted left hand from Sheidu on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Sheidu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Goon was covering up waiting for the punch and Sheidu finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Don Sheidu has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Sheidu seems to have got his legs back now.
Goon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sheidu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sheidu in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Sheidu works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Sheidu thows a huge punch but Goon dodges it nicely.
Goon has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Sheidu is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Sheidu is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Goon is just riding it out for now. Sheidu eventually gives up the hold.
Sheidu is looking for a kimura but Goon is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sheidu to get the leverage.
And that's the end of the fight!
Texas Goon comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Goon winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
