Samsonov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fothergill.

and Samsonov counters with a head kick that drops Fothergill to the mat! Fothergill scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

An out of breath Ivan Samsonov thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
Jimmy Fothergill was interviewed post fight and said 'Fair play to Samsonov there, that's a mighty man with a mighty beard! I'll get back to the drawing board and look forward to a rematch in the near future! Sithee!'.
