The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fox dodges the punch combination from Adams.
Fox with the counter takedown but Adams avoids it easily.
A right-left combo lands from Adams.

It looks like Jim Fox has been cut.
Adams throws a right and a left that both miss.

Fox throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Adams was covering up waiting for the punch and Fox finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Fox is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Adams can't keep his opponent in guard - Fox advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Fox is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Adams sees it coming and defends easily.
