Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Kravac (ranked 1679 p4p, 222 weight class) and Chubby Noel (ranked 2024 p4p, 256 weight class). Noel has chosen the fat boys fat boys as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, Samuel Kravac!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chubby Noel!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noel throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Kravac counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Kravac trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Noel utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Kravac is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Noel is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Noel has escaped and now he's on top!

Kravac isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Noel stacks Kravac on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Noel!

Noel decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Noel bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Noel throws a series of punches but Kravac avoids them all with ease.
Kravac drops down looking for a counter takedown but Noel sprawls and moves away.
Kravac just misses with a punch to the body.
Noel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kravac moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close round but I would say that Samuel Kravac will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Kravac ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Noel moves away.
Noel throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kravac attempts a counter takedown but Noel avoids it well and moves away.
Noel throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kravac has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kravac there as he acknowledges the shot.

Kravac shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Noel's guard.
Kravac has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Noel wants to stand and escape but Kravac is having none of it.

Noel got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kravac has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Noel has managed to get both his arms back between Kravac's legs - danger averted.

Kravac is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Noel's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Noel's back!
You can see the frustration on Noel's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Noel looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Kravac! Submission of the night perhaps?
