Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Davies (ranked 2057 p4p, 234 weight class) and Victor McCann (ranked 2804 p4p, 290 weight class). The key to victory for Mike Davies has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Davies!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Victor McCann!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCann takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
It looks like Victor McCann has been cut.
Davies gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Davies kicks McCann off and gets to his feet.
Davies throws an overhand right that lands on McCann's shoulder, as McCann tries to avoid the shot.
And McCann tries to counter it with a takedown but Davies pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Mike Davies seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McCann scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Davies doesn't seem bothered though.
Davies catches McCann with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Davies smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
McCann feints and as Davies raises his hands in defense, McCann changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Davies wants to stand but McCann is controlling the position.
Davies keeping moving, preventing McCann from controlling successfully.
McCann throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
McCann trying to control but Davies is working from the bottom.
Davies keeping full guard, as McCann tries to pass.
McCann drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McCann jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells McCann's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
That's one minute gone in the round.
McCann working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Davies is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Davies scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Davies on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Davies drops McCann with a right and a left! Davies comes rushing in but McCann regains his composure and manages to keep Davies in guard.
McCann is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McCann trying to control the position.
Davies tries to stand but McCann is controlling from the bottom.
McCann wants to sweep here but Davies controlling him for the moment.
McCann is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Davies wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of McCann's closed guard. He's half up but McCann has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! McCann pivots and extends the arm, Davies falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by McCann! Well done that man!

Victor McCann decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
